Ingredients: Minced chicken –200 gms
Boiled & grated potato -1md size
Chopped onions -2medium size
Chopped ginger – 1″ (approx)
Chopped garlic — 10-12 cloves
Pepper Powder — 1tsp
Chopped coriander — 2tbsp
Chopped green chillies -4to5
Bengali garam masala -1tsp
Salt according to taste
Mix all the above mentioned ingredients together. Portion out balls. Give cutlet shape. Beat 2 eggs with a pinch of salt .Dip chicken in egg. Roll it in breadcrumbs. It is easier to fix the cutlet shape in breadcrumbs.
Heat white oil and ghee. Fry the chicken cutlets.
Now in another pan heat white oil. Take the largest pan you have at home . Beat 3-4 eggs with salt. Dip your fingers in beaten egg. Using your finger tips make egg web. While making web keep your fingers straight. Place the cutlet at one side of the web and then cover it completely in that web.
Crispy ,delicious ,finger licking Chicken Kabiraji is ready. Serve it hot with some Kashundi.
